SHIPPING POLICY
At Shop Sakana’s Lux, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand the details of our shipping process.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Processing Delays
- During high-volume periods (e.g., sales, holidays), processing may take longer. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Domestic Shipping (Jamaica)
- Local delivery is available for customers in and around Montego Bay. Delivery costs vary based on location (JMD 600-1500 / USD 4-10).
- Local delivery outside Montego Bay is done through Knutsford Express or Zipmail (Jamaica's local post office). Shipping typically takes 1 business day for Knutsford Express Delivery (JMD 750 per lb) and 2-3 business days for Zipmail (JMD 350 per lb).
International Shipping
- We offer international standard shipping to the United States and select Caribbean countries through DHL.
- Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery times vary depending on the destination (typically 3-5 business days, starting at USD 35).
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Please Track your order through the respective carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions
- We don't ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
- We don't ship to all countries. Check if we ship to your country at checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- International orders may incur import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are your responsibility as the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us at shopsakanaslux@gmail.com or call 876-412-126.
By completing a purchase with us, you agree to our shipping and delivery policy.
At Shop Sakana's Lux, we're dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you're not delighted with your items, we're here to help.
To initiate a return, please ensure:
- Items are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Items are in their original packaging with all tags attached
Timeframe
- Local (Jamaica): 2 days from the date of purchase
- International (outside Jamaica): 3 days from the date of purchase
Store Credit
We don't offer refunds. Instead, we provide a store credit via email once the returned item is accepted and processed. This credit can be redeemed towards future purchases.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are exempt from returns:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Jewelry
- White clothing
- Worn or damaged items
- Final Sale/Clearance items
Defective or Damaged Items
We'll happily replace defective or damaged items. We'll cover all associated shipping costs. If we sent the incorrect item, we'll cover the return cost.
Return Shipping
Please note that you'll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We'll provide the return shipping address via email.
